About
Colorimeter contains a photocell which is able to detect the amount of light passing through the sample under investigation by measuring the change in the intensity of electromagnetic radiation in the visible wavelength region of the spectrum after transmitting or reflecting by an object or solution. It measures and “sees” that difference in appearance the same way the human eye does. Its 0°/45° circumferential geometry incorporates a 15-station, fiber-optic ring that collects and averages reflected light from all stations.
Application

​An optional automated feature allows you to measure from 44 mm to 3 mm and also gives you far more accuracy in measuring translucent solids or liquids.

Measurements can be made with the sample port facing up, forward (sideways), or, with an optional stand, straight down.

Measures translucent liquids, opaque solids and plaques, powders, pellets, or pastes.

Using grant/cash

1. Download the Instrument FORM
2. Fill-in the form completely - and get approval from your supervisor/project leader. Make sure the research grant code is active.
3. Fill online reservation form.
5. If your submission accepted, you will get email and see your name in our Calender.
6. Please come at booking time with original Instrument FORM, Sample and Blank CD to collect your data.

4. Kindly wait while we process your booking
5. Proceed with payment via P.O or cash transaction through Bendahari USIM
6. Call us once you've received the proof of payment to make reservation. We will update you with tax invoice later. 7. Walk in to our lab for sample analysis along with your CD for data collection.
